Handling of rabies in Indonesia must include local people as a cadre of vaccination on its territory. The regulations already exist but can not be implemented because of budgetary restrictions. Our team has been freed of rabies in animals in northern halmahera in 2005-2006 by pressing the smallest possible incidence of rabies in humans. Gatot email: vetgm@yahoo.com
