Habitat For Humanity Indonesia : Construction Supervisor & Community Organizer

Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, a national foundation established in 1997, is now seeking highly competent, active and experienced Indonesians to fill the position of;


1. Construction Supervisor
Bali and Batam Base

Reporting to Program Coordinator, the Construction Supervisor will provide construction design, budget planning and construction training designed for community, monitor the quality of material, and make sure that construction implementation meet the standard.

Requirements:
- Universitygraduated from Civil or Architiect Engineer
- Preferable 2 year experience in Project is esential. Exposure and direct experience in NGO work is a plus.
- Ability to work as a team
- Good communication and reporting skill
- Knolwledge in Autocad program and providing BOQ are an advantage
- Basic knowledge in Ms.Word, Excell, Power point
- Basic oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong spiritual foundation, servant hood and good human relations at all level
- Preferably domiciled in Bali (for Bali Base) or Batam (for Batam Base)

2. Community Organizer
Bali Base

The Community Organizer will provide support related to community and local government. He/she will interlace communication with local government and community, make socialization activities, make data entry/survey at a set location, facilitate for legalization document in government, monitor and evaluate the community development.

Requirements:
* University degree of social development, or other related fields
* Preferable have 2 years of development exposure; field program experience will be an added value
* Minimum one year exposure towards low income group community works
* Should have had understanding of community development
* Basic understanding of operation management and report writing
* Good written and oral English communication skills
* Good verbal, written and internet communication
* Demonstrate sufficient comprehension of given Standard Operating Procedures
* Ability to operate computer spreadsheet (windows, excel, power point, etc)
* Preferably spoken Balinese
