Coffey International Development cooperation with the Forum Bangun Aceh (FBA) manages the Australia Indonesia Partnership Program, Local Governance Innovations for Communities in Aceh (LOGICA2) funded by AusAID. The program aims to contribute to stability and peace in Aceh through the provision of support to government effective in meeting local needs and improving living standards community.
To facilitate this achievement, we seek candidates who will serve in Banda Aceh by the contract for 9months (with possibility of extended) to position:
Program Project Manager Coordinating & Advocacy (code: PM-PCA) for 1 position
The main duties as a Program Manager of the PCA under the supervision of the Senior Project Program Manager Coordinating & Advocacy, is responsible for proposing and delivering PCC meeting plan (Project Coordinating Committee) and set a six-monthly meeting; organize and facilitate field visits, monitoring and other activities undertaken by members of the PCC such as AusAID, Moha and other parties relevant to the program LOGICA2; build relationships with members of the PCC team to the provincial level monitor and evaluate progress of programs and activities LOGICA2; facilitate meetings between team members PCC LOGICA2 and provincial level; maintain links with the Working Group Level District (DWG); build and maintain networks with other party.
Qualifications
required is a degree in Social, Economic / Management or Science Government / Public Administration. Applicants must understand the LOGICA program with good. Having profound experience in providing facilities to local government (district / city / province). Able to conduct advocacy to local government primarily related to issues of Governance and Public Service.
