Program Manager at VSO

VSO is an international non-governmental organisation that works through international volunteer professionals to fight global poverty and disadvantage. In Indonesia we work with more than 30 volunteer professionals in the areas of Livelihoods and Disability in NTT and South Sulawesi. *

We are looking for a dynamic *PROGRAMME MANAGER* and *PROGRAMME OFFICER* to
support partners and volunteers in their work in Livelihoods and Disability.

Requirements for *both* positions:


· Minimum 3 years’ experience in working with international field staff
· Ability to engage with NGOs, corporate business and government institutions
· Experience in project budgeting and financial management
· Experience in using relevant techniques at community, organisation and institution level
· Proven track record in the Indonesian Economic Livelihoods sector OR poverty reduction programmes
· Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian
· Willingness and ability to travel frequently
· Able to work with minimal supervision

*Additional requirements for PROGRAMME MANAGER*:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading development projects (strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation)
· Proven track record in working with Disabled people.
