Yayasan Inovasi Pemerintahan Daerah (YIPD) is an independent non profit organization that focuses high quality, professional technical assistance on strengthening the managerial capacity of local governments in Indonesia in the fields of administrative management, strategic management and planning, organizational development, financial management, policy analysis, and training.
Currently YIPD is seeking a high dedicatedProgram Officer with specifications as follow:
Scope of Work:
- Assisting the proposal writing
- Program development
- Assisting the project implementation
Criteria:
- Education background : development studies, public policies, planology or economics, preferably masters degree
- Familiar with issues related to local governance, environment, or local finance
- Profesional experiences of 2 - 5 years
- Excellent writing skill
- Fluent in English
