Project Manager for TIRI (PMT)

In Indonesia , Tiri works closely with Partnership for Governance Reform (Kemitraan) to Strengthening Integrity and Anti Corruption Programme.

In partnership with Kemitraan, Tiri is seeking a competent and experienced Indonesian with high personal integrity to fill the position of :


Project Manager (PMT)

Key responsibilities :
1. GENERAL
a) Prepare and implement Tiri’s programme and activities in Indonesia according to the approved work plan and budget.
b) Prepare and revise work plans of Tiri’s programme activities and ensure compliance with expected programme results and deadlines.
c) Document all programmatic information and update documents in the Tiri Indonesia Programme.
d) Prepare reports required by Tiri headquarters and funders.
e) Identify new, high-quality materials and review materials proposed by others for use in courses, training programmes and in the Global Classroom for quality and relevance to Tiri target groups.
f) Assist in development of standards for the quality of materials used within I-PIEN.

2. Project
a) Carry out tasks relating specifically to program coordination, including supporting effective working relationships between Tiri and its implementing partners. This will also including organizing and scheduling meetings as required;
b) Strengthen the Indonesia Public Integrity Education Network by providing educational resources, syllabi, and readers to support the development of the courses, and to assist partners in the development of integrity and anti-corruption programmes;
c) Co-ordinate with Tiri’s partners, including: notification; agenda preparation; TOR preparation; and follow up on deadlines, commitments made and actions taken;
d) Support Tiri in carrying out its functions in relation to the selected implementing partners to support the realization of project activities;
e) Preparing, planning, and implementing activities for various subprojects such as the Public Indonesia Integrity Education Network (I-PIEN), GrantCheck (GC), and Integrity@Work (I@W);
f) Support the development of integrity and anti-corruption education in other universities and tertiary institutions, particularly newer members of the network;
g) Manage the stakeholders of Tiri’s network in Indonesia;
h) Conduct monitoring of project activities, including field visits, network activities, and educational events;
i) Provide support in reviewing Tiri program proposals and implementing partners’ project proposals;
j) Provide the basis for encouraging and enhancing academic collaboration on research into issues of integrity and counter-corruption;
k) Liaise with partners and stakeholders, such as government agencies, NGOs and funders.
l) Manage project assistants to ensure the implementation of Tiri’s projects and activities in Indonesia.
m) Enhance the capacity of I-PIEN communities of practice in target regions, and to promote effectively a progressive and practical application of principles of integrity in the academic and wider community domains.
