Qualifications:
- University Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 3 year work experience with (I)NGOs in the field of Human Resources or related field
- Willingness to travel to remote areas
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions
*Program Manager*
- Based in Sumatera (Remote Areas: Aceh or West Sumatera)
- Work Start: April 2011

- At least 5 year work experience with (I) NGOs in Program Management of Community Development and Experience with Project Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting or related field.

*Assistant Program Manager*
- Based in Sumatera (Remote Areas: Aceh or West Sumatera)
