Vacancy: Consultant for Developing Monitoring & Evaluation System

Tifa Foundation, is a grant-making institution, which is engaged in the issue democracy and Human Rights. In 2011, the Tifa plan review back to top practices Monitoirng & Evaluation (M & E) which has been has been done, for then to redesign and develop M & E system that will be applied at Tifa Foundation. This M & E system expected to support the needs of funders, decision in organizations and other third parties as a form of accountability of institutions, as well as providing a system that allows all components of Tifa Foundation to develop organizational culture learners (learning organization).

For the needs of the Tifa Foundation, looking for a consultant who expected to help develop M & E system Tifa Foundation.


Scope of Responsibilities:
Justify Full
1. Perform gap analysis of the practice and M & E related policies in the Tifa Foundation, and then recommend how best to M & E system is positioned in overall labor management Tifa Foundation.

2. Develop a framework and procedures for M & E system

3. To identify prerequisites and infrastructure required for the implementation of M & E.

4. Developing test plans.

The maximum period of this contract is 40 (forty) days.

Qualifications:

Individuals who have proven experience developing M & E system in
similar institutions.
