Customer Relation Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face and make sure that customer needs are met
* Interact with customers to provide information or response to their complain or needs
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
* Manage and maintain relationship with clients of the company
* Manage administration
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
* Female, max 28 years old with attractive appearance and personality
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from technical background education (Mechanical/Electrical/Industry) or Economic Management.
* Fluent in English both oral and written and computer literate
* Candidate with relevant work experiences and customer oriented are preferable.
