We are a Non Profit Business Support Organization for Indonesian SME’s based in Bali. Our focus is on Knowledge sharing,Networking,Training Coaching,Design,Marketing, Exhibitions & Fairs, Product development for all sectors to any related business.
We are seeking a qualified Indonesian Coach preferably already stationed in Bali. This is a training position and not a full time job. No Salary, only incentive fee. The Coach candidate will be responsible for coaching and training a number of selected companies from the Export Program. Tasks include implementation of technical assistance and training to improve general operations and management, reporting, keeping track of company progress, maintain good communications between the Lead coach and companies, etc.
Intensive on job training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skill
- Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, to fulfill the technical responsibilities proposed.
- Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering or minimum 3 years working experience in Industrial especially in Furniture or Handicraft sectors.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office word, excel, power point, internet, etc.
- Good attitude and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and with/ in a team, self-starter, fast learner.
