VACANCY “FINANCE and ADMIN ASSISTANT”

Based in : Bengkulu
Duration : 12 months (with possibility to extend)

Key tasks and responsibilities
· Support financial management under guidance of Finance Officer in Bengkulu as well as Budget Holder and Finance Delegate based in Jakarta.
· Responsible of cashbox and processing authorized bank payments.
· Prepare financial monthly documentation according to GRC standards.
· Take part in cash flow management and relation with bank with transfer process.
· Maintain a good and orderly filing system covering all aspects of financial transactions, ensuring respect of GRC financial procedures and guidelines.
· Organizing logistics and administration issues according to the need of the office Bengkulu.
· Giving support to the Finance Officer and Field Officer in Bengkulu if needed.
· All other tasks due to the upcoming work which are not mentioned above.

Person Specification
· Minimum Diploma degree in finance & administration related major.
· Minimum one year work experience in related field.
· Experience of working for Red Cross/Red Crescent is preferred.
· Average level of proficiency in spoken and written English skills.
· Good computer skillson MS Office programs.
· Good acknowledge of administration field.
· A demonstrated ability to multi-task and process information into action as to not delay program activities.
· Ability to perform a wide range of specialized administrative and financial tasks.
· Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
· Ability to interact effectively with international and national colleague.
· Ability to work with accuracy under pressure to tight deadlines and with minimum supervision.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
