Vacancies at IRD for Senior Position

International Relief and Development, Inc. (IRD), is a non-profit organization specializing in international development and humanitarian assistance in over 40 countries. IRD works with a wide range of partners to design and implement, and provide technical assistance in the areas of ood and agriculture, health & hygiene, infrastructure, economic growth, democratic governance and community development, community stabilization, and emergency response.

IRD Indonesia is inviting dynamic, committed, experienced and highly motivated candidates to join our team for the following position:

 

1. Senior Monitoring and Evaluation

ü Post graduate that includes a research dissertation component;

ü Experience in developing monitoring and evaluation systems for large scale development programs;

ü Practical experience in research or evaluation design, conduct, and management, including expertise in developing a fully elaborated design of M&E system;

ü International experience and knowledge of other large country context and environments;

ü At least 7-10 years experience in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation.

2. Senior Infrastructure Specialist

ü Significant relevant infrastructure/building, contract management, and construction/supervision experience;

ü Knowledge of community based construction and project implementation under a quality system and continuous improvement process;

ü Proven ability to plan and schedule inputs to achieve desired outcomes;

ü Ability to write succinct and substantive technical reports in English;

ü At least possess 7-10 years of relevant experience.

3. Operations Manager

ü International experience in management of complex programs/projects or management of large organizations/corporations;

ü Experience in managing diverse teams with a focus on relationship building with proven evidence of productive teams;

ü Experience in broad M&E of large donor programs working through partner government systems, including assessment of compliance with related to donor policy guidance on cross-cutting and safeguarding issues;

ü Experience in high-level dialog on audit, evaluation and impact assessment findings and recommendations;

ü Experience of engaging productively with government personnel.
