Islamic Relief Worldwide, a British NGO, is urgently looking for suitable individuals for the following positions to implement a longer term sustainable development programme in Indonesia. All positions will be based in Magelang (Central Java):
1. Watsan Senior Officer (Project Leader): 1 position (salary IDR 6,0 –7,0million per month).
Responsible for day to day management of the watsan project including project planning and implementation.
Requirements: minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university in civil engineering, environment, health or development background, minimum 3years experience in water and sanitation project implementation, community mobilization and government/partnership, experience in community approach methods: PRA, MPA-PHAST or CLTS, Excellent communication skill in English and Indonesia Language, both written and verbal.
2. Community Mobilizer: 2positions (salary IDR 2,0 –2,75million per month).
Responsible to assist the Watsan Senior Officer in implementing project activities, working closely with communities, local government and civil societies.
Requirements: minimum diploma degree from reputable university in public health or social science, Understanding of public health issues faced by the targeted communities, Reasonable understanding of health and hygiene issues related to water and sanitation.
3. Finance Assistant: 1 position (salary IDR 2,3 –2,5 million per month).
Responsible to ensure full compliance of financial processes and financial records with Islamic Relief Worldwide/Indonesia and donor rules, regulations, policies and strategies.
Requirements: minimum diploma degreefrom a reputable university in Accounting, Economics Management or similar field studies, preferably 2years experience working with international NGO’sor professional service firms in related field, Able to communicate in English and Indonesia Language, both written and verbal.
4. Logistic/Admin Assistant: 1 position (salary IDR 2,3 –2,5million per month).
Responsible for day to day office operation, procurement and logistic process such as preparing purchase orders, bidding process, etc
Requirements: minimum diploma degree from a reputable university in Business Administration,Economics Management or similar field studies,preferably 2 years experience working with International NGO’s or Local NGO, Able to communicate in English and Indonesia Language, both written and verbal
5. Driver : 1 position (salary IDR 1,2 – 1,5 million per month)
Responsible for day to day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checks fuel, oil, water, battery, etc and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean and mission ready Requirements: preferably graduated from senior high school, has driving licenses B1 umum, Minimum 2 years experience working as a driver, Familiar with Magelang and Central Java areas.
6. Security Guard : 3 positions (salary IDR 1,2 – 1,5 million per month)
Responsible to ensure the security of office and equipments.
Requirements: preferably graduated from senior high school, basic policy security certificate is demanded, minimum 2 years experience working as security, preferably local people
7. Office Helper: 1 position (salary IDR 1,2 – 1,5 million per month)
Responsible for ensuring office room, meeting room and rest room clean and in complete supply anytime.
Requirements: preferably graduated from senior high school, minimum 2 years experience in similar job, capacity to work under time pressure and extra hours, preferably local people
