Responsibilities:
Ensure operational club going smooth and meet five star standard
Deliver five star service to our members to solve their inquiries at the first point of contact
Requirements:
Minimum diploma degree in any major
5 years experience in customer service, with 2 years in managerial level.
Able to speak in English at least for the basic conversation
Must be computer literate
Confident to deliver excellent Customer service and strong interpersonal skill
Professional appearance and maintain in fit and healthy lifestyle
