Hr Officer

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Provide consultative advisory within HR spectrum to all Business Units nationwide.

Establish performance management system, aligned with BU performance objectives.

Strengthen HR operation team.

Lead HR improvement projects in ad-hoc basis.

Strategize integrated HR initiatives with cascade basis.

Foster critical recruitment list fulfillment.

Enhance annual remuneration analysis.

Manage Talent Development Program.

Consolidate HR annual budget i.e. Org.Chart, MRP, Strategic Focus, etc.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Chemistry, Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent.

Required skill(s): SAP R3 literacy, Advance in Ms.Office, Statistic.

Required language(s): English, Chinese.

fresh graduate is welcomed

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or General HR.
