Training & Development Officer

Responsibilities:

Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis and regular consultation with human resources departments

Organize and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and departement needs

Producing training materials for in-house courses;

Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the departement

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions

Evaluating training and development programmes;

Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment

Requirements:

Male/Female, Age 25-30 year

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably have experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in training & development.

Full-Time positions available.
