Plan Indonesia - YEE Program Manager Needed

We are looking for highly
qualified, committed Indonesian to fill senior position:


Youth Economic Empowerment Program Manager (YEE)
( Contractual Base )


The YEE Program Manager will provide overall
leadership for the program which includes integrated youth employment, microfinance
and microenterprise development components. He/she will responsible for developing
strategies, implementation guidelines, monitoring program implementation,
networking and Plan representation with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
·         University graduate preferably with a Masters
Degree in Economics, Business or Social Development.
·         Ten years experience (of which five years should be
in management) working on programs that focus on microfinance, microenterprise
development and/or employment with an international NGO, UN or other
organizations.
·         Extensive experience in
working with partners and an ability to negotiate and influence business
leaders.
·         Experience in the private sector.
·         Strong managerial and leadership skills.
·         Strong skills in teamwork, strategic planning, advocacy,
negotiation and networking.
·         Excellent English skills and computer literate.
·         High personal integrity.
·         Experience working with youth a major advantage as
is a knowledge of gender issues in Indonesia.

The
position will be based in Plan Indonesia Country Office, Jakarta
