*BRIEF*
SOS Children’s Villages Indonesia is a part of SOS-Kinderdorf International
which is an international umbrella organization of national associations.
It is a non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational and non-profit
social development organization, working exclusively in the public
interest. Its objectives are:

-          To provide specialist care and support for orphaned and
abandoned children through the SOS Children’s Villages.

-          To support children, young persons and families in need through
the establishment of social centers, schools and vocational training
centers.

-          To advocate and promote the rights of children throughout the
world.

-          To work with international organizations, and promote world-wide
understanding and exchange of knowledge on child care issues.

-          To serve as a model of long-term family based care.

*POSITION PURPOSE*

The Sr. Co. Worker Fund Development - Corporations:

   1. Responsible for raising resources from Corporations, as per agreed
   targets. The position will be supervised on day to day basis by the
   Director of Fund Development & Communications in National Association and
   provided functional guidance by the Director of Fund Development &
   Communications at Continental
   2. Contribute in developing Corporate Fundraising Strategy of SOS
   Children’s Villages International through CO Asia, its implementation and
   generating reports on the same.
   3. Responsible for end to end servicing of the corporate donors.



*JOB PROFILE*

§  Responsible for raising funds as per the agreed targets from
corporations in Indonesia.

§  Contribute in the development, implementation and reporting of fund
development strategy and annual plans for the country

§  Acquire new corporate donors and retain existing ones as per agreed
targets**

§  Develop proposals, coordinate donor visits, organise fund development
events and contribute in the development of donor communication material
for corporations.**

§  Support in the selection and management of external organisations - PR
agencies, design agencies etc.**



*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*

   - Bachelor in Business Administration or Diploma in business
   administration/marketing/communications. Master in Business Administration
   will be an added advantage.
   - Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate fund development
   - Excellent Writing skills and material development skills in a
   comprehensive language.
   - Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
   - Excellent knowledge of corporate fund development strategies
   - Excellent interpersonal skills Team oriented
   - Excellent computer skills
   - Willing to travel as and when required
