generation. The foundation is based in Zurich, Switzerland. With 86
million in annual turnover in 2016, Swisscontact is now implementing
more than 100 projects in 34 countries with more than 1,200
staff. Swisscontact has been active in Indonesia for the past 43 years.
The
S4C-Project is implemented by the Swiss Foundation for Technical
Cooperation (Swisscontact), the Bern University of Applied Sciences
(BFH-CDC) and the Association for Swiss International Technical
Connection (SITECO) working in close collaboration with the Centre for
Industrial Education and Training (CIET) of the Ministry of Industry
(MoI) and the Directorate for Higher Education (DIKTI)
of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (RISTEK).
Through the strengthening of Polytechnic institutes (Polys) in selected
sectors and geographic locations and through the improvement of
structures and services at the interface between
Polys and industry, an important contribution to an improved quality
and relevance of the overall Poly system in Indonesia is made, S4C is

Job Brief
This
position will assist Program Officer to deliver daily works and events
as well as supporting the Program Officer in its communication
with school, S4C team, Swisscontact office and global projects
|
Task, Authority & Responsibility
·
Maintain an efficient filing system for all administrative and operational records
·
Collect
and provide necessary information and contribute to the planning,
organizing and developing of all aspects of the projects
·
Prepare visitor and mission calendar
·
Prepare and filling internal and external letter
·
Organize and maintain an adequate office stationery
·
Distribute invitation and follow up with participants&rsquo attendance
·
Provide administrative and logistical services pre, post and during the events as well as other tasks assigned by the superior
·
Maintain and fill the vehicle LOGBOOK book and report it periodically to Superior
·
Make sure all project&rsquos assets condition is maintained well

Employee Requirements
·
D3/D4 or S1 in Any Major, Management are preferred
·
Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours
·
Able to communicate fluently and effectively in Indonesian and/or English
·
Excellent
interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to encourage
collaboration with other programs, international offices, and partners
·
Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver highquality work products
·
Willingness to up-skill as required by the tasks to be performed &ndash corresponding measures are agreed with management.

Focused, proactive and positive working attitude
·
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, both independently and as part of a global team
