Position of a Media Manager
The DAAD regional office is offering a position of a media manager and newsletter editor, starting date January 2nd 2014.
The DAAD is a joint organization of the German institutions of higher education. Our aim is to promote academic co-operation world-wide, especially through the exchange of students, scholars, academics, and scientists.
Expected qualifications:
a. University degree (minimum S1 / Bachelor’s)
b. Full proficiency (oral and written) in bahasa Indonesia, English and German
c. Experience with social media techniques and tools such as webbased seminars (gotowebinar), Facebook and Twitter
d. Experience with content management system of homepages (phpwcms)
e. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point & Picture Manager), Photoshop or similar tools
f. Writing and editing skills
g. Thorough knowledge on the German university system and DAAD funding schemes
h. Basic knowledge of IT
While the candidate is expected to closely interact with the DAAD team, he/she should act as a responsible individual and be able to handle a high degree of autonomy in his/her work.
Please be aware that, due to Indonesian labor law regulations, the DAAD can only offer this position to Indonesian citizens or holders of KITAS and work permit.
