Consultant to develop master template video and localised video in 4
languages for BCC Online Content for the ISEAN-Hivos Program Global Fund
Round 10

In 2010, the Insular Southeast Asian Network on MSM, TG, and HIV (ISEAN)
and the Humanist Institute for Co-operation with Developing Countries
(Hivos) jointly submitted a regional proposal to the Global Fund for AIDS,
Malaria, and Tuberculosis (GFATM) Round 10. The programme, entitled
‘Strengthening Community Systems to Reduce Vulnerability to and Impact of
HIV infection on MSM and TG in Insular Southeast Asia’, was approved by
GFATM and contract for the grant was signed on 6 October 2011. This grant
has the main goal of reducing (a) the vulnerability and risks of MSM and TG
to HIV infection and (b) the impact of HIV on their lives in Insular
Southeast Asia. It intends to address critical gaps in supporting and
scaling up activities that reduce HIV/AIDS among MSMs and TGs.

Satu Dunia, as the Regional ICT Service Provider of the ISEAN-Hivos Grant,
is looking for a capable *“Video Developer”* for the BCC Online content.
The video developer outputs will lead to the effective message for BCC
Online outreach in IHP Website.

Specifically, the following services that address the Grant’s requirements
are expected to be provided by the Consultant:



1.     Conduct consultation meetings with Satu Dunia.

2.     Develop master template video in english version for 3 topics as
follow:

   1. HIV prevention methods
      2. How to access HIV-STI services
      3. Basic information on and MSM/TG rights

3.     Develop localised video with the 3 topic above in Bahasa, Melayu,
Cebuano and Tetum. The script of video and voice naration will be provided
by Satu Dunia.

*Key Qualifications*

1.     Established and demonstrated expertise in video development (with a
strong poftfolio of work samples)

2.     Established and demonstrated expertise in graphic design development
(with a strong poftfolio of work samples)

3.     Fluency in written and spoken English. Preferably with working
knowledge of at least one language used in the ISEAN-Hivos countries
(Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Timor Leste)

4.     A resident (preferably a citizen) of one of the above ISEAN-Hivos
countries.



The consultant to develop master template video and localised video in 4
languages for BCC Online* *for the ISEAN-Hivos Program shall be engaged for
2 months for with duration between the periods December 20th 2012 -  January
31st 2013. The target date for deliver master template video in english
version  and deliver localised video in Bahasa, Melayu, Cebuano and Tetum is
by the Jan, 31 2013.
