The USAID | DELIVER PROJECT, Task Order 6, EPT Collaboration Funded by USAID Washington is implemented by John Snow Incorporated USA. The PROJECT requires a Public Health Supply Chain short term consultant to lead in the following activities.
Specific tasks
* Conduct a laboratory logistics, cold chain and laboratory waste management assessment for Salatiga Vector borne research laboratory
* Produce an assessment report
* Present assessment report to stakeholders
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures Manual for the logistics, cold chain and waste management
* Conduct training on the SOPs
* Conduct Supply chain logistics assessment for Department of Animal Health in 3 provinces
* Period of performance January 2013- December 2013 Approximate LOE 76 days
Qualifications
* Advanced Medical Degree and a Minimum 10 years’ experience Public Health Supply Chains and Services in Indonesia
* A good understanding of the MOH laboratory networks in Indonesia
* Practical experience with cold chain and waste management practices in Indonesia
* Proven experience working with USAID sponsored projects in the past
* Fluency in English and Bahasa
