Consultant Service for Midterm Evaluation of Protecting and Empowering Victims of Trafficking in Indonesia (EMPOWER) Project

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Protecting and Empowering Victims of Trafficking in Indonesia (EMPOWER), IOM now invites Local or national individual consultant and Consultant firms with a demonstrated track record in Midterm Evaluation of Combating Trafficking in Person Project to submit their Expression of Interest.

The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following:
1. Range of relevant consulting services offered.
2. Qualification and experience of relevant professionals and technical personnel that will directly participate in the service. For individual consultants CV is required.
3. Track record and experience of the firm/consultants in similar assignment including list of major clients served in the past.
4. Other relevant information.

The Expression of Interest shall be submitted in original and duplicate copy and should be received through mail to IOM Jakarta Office no later than 1 February 2013. This is short version EOI and Long Version EOI may obtain by sending email to bellow provided address

On the basis of the above information, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of Consultants. Only shortlisted Consultants will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Consultant/s.
