Open Recruitment KDM -- Street Children Adaptation Program

Kampus Diakoneia Modern (KDM) is a social institution assisting development of
street children located in Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java, is looking for
dynamic and creative individual to take up some positions below:**

*Adaptation *is a program for the new street children we rescued. The
children will follow some activities they can learn how to live normally
and permanently in a place. Most of the activities are fun physical
activities (such as out bond, sport, games, light fun learning, etc.)

*Adaptation Team Coordinator:*


Qualifications:

1.       Male/Female, with Psychology background is an advantage

2.       Having experience with street children is an advantage

3.       Having good integrity, and eager to learn

4.       Interested in street children’s issue and their specific problem

5.       Open minded

6.       25-35 years old

7.       Likes outdoor activities or sport

8.       Willing to stay at Cileungsi

9.       Having good leadership

10.   Active, creative, working independently

11.   Sufficient English speaking


Responsibilities:

1.       Managing team and developing team work

2.       Coordinate activities for children in Adaptation program
(indoor/outdoor)

3.       Motivate children to leave street life

4.      Good parenting (conduct counseling for children)

Qualifications:

1.       Male/female, minimum Diploma degree graduated

2.       Eager to learn

3.       20 years old minimum

4.       Firm and also patient

5.       Likes outdoor activities or sport

6.       Willing to stay at Cileungsi

7.       Having good computer skill

8.       Having experience with street children is an advantage

9.       Good adaptation skill and can work as a team

10.   Good integrity

11.   Warm and care to children


Responsibilities:

1.       Accompany and facilitate new children to get some activities

2.       Good Parenting (conduct counseling for children)

3.       Outdoor and sport activities program

4.       Coaching children to follow their goals

5.       Keeping child’s files/data
