Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator – Scholarship Programs (PC-SP) is responsible for the coordination of PT Austraining Nusantara’s (PTAN) scholarship programs in Indonesia. The PC-SP also plays a key role in representing and promoting PTAN and Austraining International (Austraining) in Indonesia, supporting strategic and business development opportunities in Indonesia. The purpose of the role is to ensure PTAN’s scholarship programs are in accordance with PTAN and client’s strategic objectives, meet key performance indicators and exceed client and stakeholder expectations.

The role:
The PC-SP reports to the Program Manager –Scholarship Program (PM-SP). The PC-SP will be required to work closely with other PTAN and Austraining program and department staff, sub-contractors, client representatives, Australian diplomatic missions, partner governments, and other external organizations.

The key responsibilities:

    Coordinate the effective operational delivery of all PTAN scholarship programs in Indonesiato achieve milestone and performance targets.
    Provide welfare support, monitoring and 24/7 emergency assistance to scholarship holders in country, as per program requirements and in alignment with PTAN policies and procedures.
    Undertake monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes against agreed performance targets and PTAN’s M&E framework.
    Ensure effective communication with PTAN and Austraining’s in-country stakeholders, other client representatives, partner governments, partner organizations, volunteers and scholarship holders and Host Organizations, as well as with relevant Austraining staff.
    Abide by PTAN scholarship programs management systems and processes including HR, IT, Quality, Finance and reporting, in line with relevant PTAN policies and procedures.
    Identify and support business development opportunities in country in partnership with the Director – PTAN and Austraining’s Business Development Unit

Requirements:

    Relevant tertiary qualifications in international development, project management or business management with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
    Demonstrable strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster and maintain key stakeholder relationships across a diversity of cultures.
    Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
    Have Scholarship experience will be an advantage.
