JAKARTA
1. Program Coordinator - ILFAD
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the ILFAD program implementation. Overall responsibilities include supervising Program Officers; coordinating work plans and program implementation with ILFAD Program Manager; ensure productive relationship building, communications and contributions among ILFAD staff, and other stakeholder including conventional banks, Local government banks (Bank Pembangunan Daerah), Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), BPBD (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah), Dinas koperasi and UKM in district or province level.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience working in Micro Finance institution (MFI) or national bank. 2 years’ experience as Managing Director/Director at MFI or two years’ experience as Branch Manager at national bank;
* Good understanding about ALMA (Asset Liability Management), risk management, business process, and how to manage day to day liquidity;
* Understood well about CAMELS (Capital Adequacy, Asset quality, Management Quality, Earnings, Liquidity, Sensitivity to market risk);
* Detailed knowledge of bank of Indonesian and Ministry of cooperative issues, rules, and programs;
* Understand English both oral and written is more advantage.

2. Climate Change Resilience Project Officer - ACCCRN
The Climate Change Resilience Project Officer will work closely with ACCCRN project coordinator to organize and facilitate Indonesian city networks activities to develop, plan, budget, and identify potential funding for participatory, city level, climate change resilience strategies and climate adaptation action; The project officer will be required to work with a wide range of networking with city stakeholders spanning civil society, private sector, local government, etc.
In addition, he/she will work as part of ICLEI Indonesia Climate Team to support cities undertakes climate change adaptation planning and resilience building and assist to guide cities through the ACCCRN and PAKLIM programs.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (planning, environment, energy, etc.) will be preferred. Preference if applicants have experience working in the field, but new graduates may also be considered.
Technical Skills:
· Demonstrated understanding of climate change adaptation and resilience, particularly as it affects the urban poor in Indonesia
· Understanding of good governance, sustainable development and climate change principles as they apply to cities
· Aptitude for running or facilitating workshops and for providing one-on-one technical support to city personnel
· Competent in all relevant computer programs and applications
· Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
