Vacancy for Program Manager at Combine Resource Institution

JOB VACANCY

A National NGO based in Yogyakarta that supported the development of
community media and the use of information and communication technology
(ICT), as parts of the system and network for developing community
information and communication, invites qualified applicants for a Program
Manager.



Qualifications include:

• 5 years of field-based experience in staff team-building and community
capacity building.

• Demonstrated experience and expertise in community development through
different kind of tools, including old and new media

• History of working effectively and respectfully with government, NGO and
INGO partners.

• Demonstrated skill in communication, report writing, financial
management, monitoring, evaluation, team management and problem solving.

• Competent English language preferred.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of program implementation,

including weekly and monthly work plan to meet targets, goals and

objectives in a timely manner.

• Monitor quality of implementation and adjust plans and implementation to
improve impact.

• Report results to Managing Director
