FACILITATOR KEY OBJECTIVES :

1. Deliver Professional Development – Pedagogy
2. Deliver professional development and coordinate various pd across
schools Deliver Professional Development – ICT
3. Set up effective communication across cluster schools.

4. Motivate and stimulate staff
5. Sustaining the use and development of ICT tools and pedagogies
6. Liaise with other clusters to ensure sharing across the clusters
7. Collect evidence (data)
8. Work with School Cluster to establish a two years strategic plan
To provide in-class support

RESULTS EXPECTED :

1. Staff will become confident and capable implementers of an
effective pedagogy to suit the needs of 21st century learners.
2. A shared understanding and teacher confidence and facility across
the cluster.
3. Increased and effective use of ICT by teachers and students in
learning.
4. Cluster informed of meetings. Shared vision.
5. Ongoing professional growth and development.
6. Deepening of ownership.
7. Introduction and implementation of ideas shared.
8. Data to reflect an improvement in pedagogy of ICT use.
9. Each Cluster School has established a strategic plan that is
reflected in the budget and enables effective use of ICT to enhance
learning.
10. Regular visits to all schools.

How to apply

Qualification for Facilitator:

1. Lives in Yogyakarta
2. Owns vehicle
3. Diploma/Bachelor Degree
4. Experience in training for teachers and student (SD)
5. Knowledge of Open Source (Ubuntu and SISFOKOL) is an advantage
6. ICT knowledge base
7. Troubleshooter habits
8. Acurate and able to work under minimum supervision
9. Good attitude and pleasant personality
