 A Jakarta based company with more than 38 years of experience in providing services to Oil and Gas industry, Geothermal and Marine in Indonesia.
We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant positions of Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

Requirements:

    Female, max. 35 years old
    Min. Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Social Sciences or relevant.
    3-5 years of experiences in different functions in Corporate Social Responsibility activities (education, environment, community development, or disaster relief).
    Good command of English (spoken & written).
    Excellent analytical skills & strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Have strong leadership along with negotiation and problem solving skills.
    Have good network with other institutions for developing integrated CSR programs.
    This CSR Program Specialist will have the primary responsibility to develop CSR programs is also responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the community development programs and provide recommendations on the effectiveness of the program.
    Reporting to Head of Human Capital & Social Responsibility.
    Preparing & managing CSR programs for education, environment, community development and disaster relief activities.
    Managing two ways communication with related stakeholders (Projects, media, government and community informal & formal leaders).
    Ensuring that project activities are implemented and budget administered in line with the work plan and company policies/requirements.
