Position : Training Curriculum Development Officer

Background and Objectives
The objective of SIAP-1
is to contribute to good governance in Indonesia by strengthening integrity and
accountability in government – principally at the national level. It will do
this by supporting governmental and non-governmental efforts to strengthen integrity
and accountability.
The Curriculum Developer is an experienced
professional who will support a large training program by ensuring that all
training materials are coherent, consistent, maintain internal logic, and meet
the requirements of the beneficiary.
Work requires extensive
coordination with team members in SIAP-1,
beneficiaries, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
· Developing,
together with the beneficiary, clear training objectives, internal logic, and
training material standards.
· Coordinate
with internal experts, consultants, subcontractors, and beneficiaries to manage
expectations and demands for training materials.
· Where
necessary, prepare, adjust, format, supplement, and edit draft training
materials to ensure consistently high standards.
· Develop
Training Guidance for participants.
· Develop and analyze
questionnaires and field effective pre and post testing of participants at
trainings.
· Review the
quality of translated materials prior to use.
· Develop a
‘Training Box Filing System’, creating an efficiency filing system for managing
all related materials, reports, documentation, and other related training
session materials.
· Conduct
other activities that might be necessary to ensure consistent training quality.
General provisions and
limitations
· All final
decisions related to this Project are made by the COP and MSI/HQ responsible
and authorized personnel.
· Any
communication with USAID is under the authority of the COP and MSI/HQ
responsible and authorized personnel.
Qualifications
· Masters degree
in education, psychology, human resources, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years’
experience developing training/educational materials.
· Experience overseeing
development and implementation of large training programs (preferred).
· Knowledge of
anti-corruption issues an advantage.
· Native written
Bahasa Indonesia, very good written English.
