*Duration of Contract *: 4 months

*Background and Objectives *


SIAP 1 support one of Indonesia state agency to preserve and collate data
into one web application. The web application would provide a simple
analysis tools to be used to generate information for the state agency and
the public. This web application will be integrated with current
application.

*Activities***

*A. **Database Design and Analysis*

1. Gather and analyze current database design and structure (2 days)

2. Conduct series of discussions about the new business process (5 days)

*B. **Web database development*

1. Development, writing codes and implementation of web database
applications (10 days)

2. Migrate existing data into the new Application. (2 days)

3. Participates in the testing process; through test, review and
analysis of application. (5 days)

4. Modify the web database application based on test, review and
analysis. (10 days)

*Requirements*

1. Have a minimum of 2 (two) years experience in designing database
and application process, preferably for a government agency;

2. Have a minimum of 2 (two) years past experience in developing a web
database application, preferably for a government agency;

3. Have past experience and knowledge regarding:

a. Database and application design process

b. Web programming especially PHP, JAVASCRIPT / AJAX and HTML

c. RDBMS especially PostgreSQL

4. Have an experience in testing the software.

5. Have an experience in writing user manual and system documentation.
This user manual will be accessible in the system where users can access
them easily.

6. Have an experience in user training.

7. Have a satisfactory record of Past Performance; and

8. Be able to provide the Services within the time period.

*Deliverables***

The web developer will be part of the team to provide the same deliverables
as below.

1. A web section with current system which includes but not limited to:

a. A web module to enter data entry.

b. A database query page to provide a simple analysis

2. Data from previous application migrated to the new application.
