Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), a humanitarian, not for profit, community
development based on fulfillment of child rights NGO is seeking to fill in the
following positions :


1. Program Officer - Operations Department (OD)
Key responsibilities :  Project
Cycle Management (plan, implement, MONEV), Organizing community, Research.

Duty Station:
- Enrekang (2 positions)

2. HRD Officer – (HRD)
Key responsibilities :  HRD
Administrations, staff management, recruitment, PPH 21, Jamsostek & Abda
processes.

Duty Stations:
- Jakarta, Head Office (1 position)

3. Program Officer - Administration Department (AD)
Key Responsibilities : Financial, procurement, staff managerial and
human resources

Duty Station :
-  Cakung (1 position)

4. Program Officer  - Sponsorship
Service Department (SSD)
Key Responsibilities : Maintain children sponsorship, child case
management & counselling.

Duty Stations :
- Jakarta, Head Office (1 position)

Requirements :
• Male/Female, max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) all major, but preferably :
Position (1) :
Social sciences (Social welfare, sociology, anthropology, economy) /
Agribusiness
Position (2) :
Psychology , Management, business/public Administrations
Position (3):
Management/Accounting
Position (4):
Psychology/English Literature

• Fluency in English both speaking and writing
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skill
• Good team player
• Preferably have experience min. 1 year in NGO activities.
• Fresh graduates with good track in organization are welcome to
apply
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
