Urgently Required

For activities funded by IUWASH, we are growing consultancy firm seeking specialist to fill the positions in Establishing Cooperation between Customers Forum and PDAMs . The project will be based in Batang, Klaten, Rembang, Sukoharjo, Semarang. it will be 8 months duration.  Following is the qualification for the specialist.

 

Team Leader/Training Specialist

Qualifications and skills:

·          Master degree in social science or environmental engineering

• A minimum of 10 years working experience as a training expert for projects related to public service in Indonesia, preferably in WASH
• Specific working experience on institutional (PDAM) and/or community-based WATSAN program preferably with DAI/USAID and preferably experience in community facilitation, training and organizing work
• Excellent ability in public speaking
• Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, drive for results, respect for diversity, creative thinking, and punctual
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in Bahasa and English.

Communication Specialist

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Social Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, development studies, and/or similar area is preferred
• 5 years of professional working experience
• Proven communication and knowledge management experience, particularly related to issues of WATSAN program preferably with DAI/USAID
• Strong analytical and good narrative/script skills demonstrated through in reputed publications
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; particular experience in and knowledge of design, layout and creative presentation a merit
• Ability to meet tight delivery schedules without compromising quality of results
• Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian and English

Community Development Specialist

Qualifications and skills:

• Degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering or urban planning
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene),
• Proven communication and knowledge management experience, particularly related to issues of WATSAN program preferably with DAI/USAID
• Excellent team player and facilitation skills
• Have intensive experience working with local government agencies ;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;

City/District Facilitator

Qualifications and skills:

• Able to work in Central Java
• Minimum D3 majoring in environmental engineering, public health or social science
• Specific working experience on institutional (PDAM) and/or community-based WATSAN program preferably with DAI/USAID and preferably experience in community facilitation, training and organizing work
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with capacity to work independently in limited supervision/facility as well as a team player with a range of people
• Able to work independently in limited supervision/facility as well
  as a team player with a range of people
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  

Finance and Admin Specialist

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in finance/Administration area with similar position
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
• Good knowledge in computer applications&ICT technologies such as MS-Office, email, internet,fax and related software
• Ability to work within team and to work with limited supervision
• Integrity and honesty
• Proven ability to meet deadlines effectively
