Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:

Nutrition Project Supervisor
(Based in East Nusa Tenggara - Sikka)

Managing project specifically in the area of Community Action to Improve Maternal and Child Nutrition (CAI-MCN) project in order to implement Plan International Program in reducing number of children with under nutrition at Sub-district level.

Responsibilities:
·         Develop work plan and define how each activity will be delivered (through Community Managed Program/CMP, Plan Managed Project/PMP, or partnership) in order to make all activities in line with annual Plan International program.
·         Assist Nutrition Project Officer on budget planning of CAI-MCN project.
·         Coordinate with the PMP program to ensure the quality of program’s deliverables
·         Organize and monitor capacity building activities at sub-district level
·         Escort cadres for training implementation
·         Support for strengthening of Pokja(nal) at village and sub-district level
·         Build partnership and coordination with other parties including local government, other NGOs, etc in to thrive overall program of Community Action to Improve Maternal and Child Nutrition (CAI-MCN) project in the sub-district level
·         Advocacy to relevant stakeholders at sub-district level
·         Monitor and support for CAI-MCN activities
·         Develop periodical CAI-MCN reports and project documentation to inform stakeholders about the program implementation
·         Responsible for CAI-MCN administration and budgeting

Requirements:
·         Minimum Diploma degree on nutrition, nurse, midwife or bachelor degree on Public Health
·         Minimum 3 years experience in community development and/or managing Nutrition project related field
·         Experienced in representational roles
·         Experienced in promoting and developing learning in your area of expertise
·         Good understanding about nutrition concept and practices
·         Good networking with government organization, non government organization, and others relevant institution
·         Preferably experience working with development programs with community development focus
·         Good facilitation and communication skill
·         Good interpersonal skill and team work
·         Understand about human right and child right
·         Good adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom
·         Good computer skill and Writing skills in English
·         Good computer skill
·         Able to ride motor cycles



Finance & Admin Officer (Nutrition Project)
(Based in West Nusa Tenggara - Dompu)


Responsibilities:
·         Assist with the daily management of projects paying particular attention to maintaining good working relationships and adherence to budgets and timescales
·         Assist with the production of project briefs and agreements
·         Attend project meetings when appropriate
·         Assist with the production and distribution of press and publicity material
·         Assist with the coordination of events promoting projects
·         Assist Nutrition Project Manager as required and act as a day-to-day liaison General assistance
·         Undertake general administration including word processing, dealing with enquiry’s and routine  correspondence, photocopying, etc.
·         Ensure that project files are up to date
·         Arrange and oversee the recording of projects for the database and archive
·         Work in close collaboration with other project staffs
·         Coordinate team meetings, record and distribute minutes
·         Distribute project information to staff team on a regular basis
·         Provide general office support (e.g. Office supplies, post, photocopier etc)
·         Maintain PO-CO-Managed of IDN 185 that includes to conduct necessary actions for BMR and budget forecast, and provide updates or progress log in PPM system.
·         Assist other Child Survival and Development Department Program if needed

Requirements:
·         At least 3 years experienced in financial administration
·         Strong skills in teamwork, budgeting and developing learning in area of expertise
·         University degree in economics or management preferably accounting
·         Computer literate
·         Strong English skills


Finance & Admin Officeer (YEE EC Project)
(Based in East Nusa Tenggara - Soe)


Responsibilities:
·         Monitoring finance/general administration in projects/program in order to ensure that all of processes are in line with company policy & procedure
·         Managing general administration
·         Supporting HR function in order to ensure that all HR matters in accordance with company policy & procedure
·         Manage in administration/inventories/office stationary

Requirements:
·         At least 3 years experienced in financial administration
·         Strong skills in teamwork, budgeting and developing learning in area of expertise
·         University degree in economics or management preferably accounting
·         Computer literate
·         Strong English skills
