Currently we are seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals to support our  Project in Eastern Indonesia


IT/Logistics Officer
Makassar Based


As IT/Logistic Officer you will be responsible for to assist with technical IT support and maintenance issues (across functions such as program, finance, HR Logistics etc.) in the designated Eastern Indonesia office.
To ensure IT systems in Eastern Indonesia office and/or sub-office/s are compatible and adapt to the new OXFAM Corporate requirements. The purpose of the job is also to provide training and up-to-date information to staff to operate new systems and packages where required.
And as Logistics  you will be responsible for holder carriers out task within guidelines laid down in the procurement process and logistics. Their tasks are usually routines but will require the use of initiative and/basic planning. Required to gather and give information to supervisor and program staff (area office). His/her work impacts on that of the programs and OXFAM’s capacity to respond the need of running office day to day.
Along with a formal IT/Logistic Officer qualification, Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT system (Experience of construction of computer network systems) and Logistics; good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong organisational skills; able to priorities and can plan ahead, be able to work under pressure; demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working, be able to prioritise work, meet deadlines and attention to the details; ability to work indepently with sense responsibility, initiative and minimum supervision; mature and professional  attitude and approach.
