WWF Indonesia is currently seeking a
highly qualified, experienced candidate, who has reputable qualifications for: Project
Manager – Rimbang Baling Landscape Integrated Tiger Habitat Conservation
Program which will be based in Riau. The Project Manager will be responsible
to ensure overall
project management, smooth implementation of all activities, and integration of
all components to achieve the common goals set in this project, it is crucial
that the project is managed by a strong and effective team lead by a competent
project manager.
Requirements for this position:
·
Min.
Master Degree or equivalent
experience in forestry, biology, social development, conservation, or related
subjects
·
At
least 5 years of experience working in landscape conservation, species
conservation, or sustainable livelihood development
·
Sucessful
experience in managing staff and working in a team
·
Experience
and good track record in managing medium to large-scale funding scheme from such
international funding agencies as KFW, USAID and others
·
Experience
in sucessfully dealing with diverse stakeholders and adverse conditions
·
Fluency
in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia, knowledge on local language
(Minangkau and Malay) is prefered
·
Proven
skill in writing reports and other publications
·
Strongly
positive interpersonal and negotiation skills
·
Willingness
to be based in Riau Province and conduct extensive travel to field sites and
other places
