In Indonesia, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia as the national foundation currently operates regular programs across 8 provinces and in some other areas for disaster response programs.
Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is now seeking some professionals who have willingness to involve in social work and NGO world to fill the following position. Ideal candidates, should be Indonesian, who are strong qualified personality with excellent leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is an important prerequisite.
ACCOUNTING OFFICER (AO)
Based in Batam
Accounting Officer (AO) will be required to provide financial statement and analysis. Accounting Officer (AO) will provide accounting services for the Finance Department and assist in the reporting and analyzing all the financial information. Accounting Officer (AO) will also be required to coordinate and take on additional tasks that might emerge.
To assist Senior Accounting Officer and National Accountant to review daily branch transactions before posting them to system (SUN). Get involved in monthly closing process, preparing journals, reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts and preparing grant / donor reports or other management reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): accounting, accounting software
- Have knowledge of Indonesia Taxation and audit experience will be advantage
- Knowledge of Accounting software (SUN system will be advantage)
- Microsoft excel intermediate level user
- Willing to travel to branches or National Office and temporary relocation if needed
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

SENIOR PROGRAM OFFICER (SPO)
Based in Jakarta
The main purpose of the position is to design and develop project designs, feasibility study on the proposed area & assessment conducted by branch offices. Writing concept papers and proposals, support branches with reporting to donors as well as equip and support fundraisers with program knowledge and ability to successfully fundraise .
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree in development study or any field study related.
- Around 3 – 5 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge and experience in project design, planing and management, practical experience in project implementation
- Technical proposal and writing skills, understanding log frame and budget preparation.
- Cross cultural sensitivity, showing respect to different cultural norms and adaptable to different cultural contexts.
- Good skill in personal computer operation – Word processing, PowerPoint, Excel
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Having experience working in NGO is preferable

CORPORATE RELATION OFFICER (CRO) -
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (RDO)
Based in Jakarta and Semarang
To support Resource & Development Manager to manage Resource Development with corporations and other donors related to be a major contributor to the Habitat For Humanity Indonesia fundraising.
Responsibilities:
- Actively proposing methods and projects to engage corporate donors
- Market specific HFH Indonesia programs and activities and special events to relevant audience.
- Maintain the good relation and enlarge the contact with corporations or their CSRs, Institutions and youth groups for the future of HFH Ministry
- Follow up contact initiation with corporate donors or candidates with all their branches or subsidiaries related.
- Communicate actively with branch office staff to realize results of resource development need and priority assessment.
- Support Resource & Development Manager in developing and implementing HFH Indonesia Resource Development Plans.
- Initiate and/or support Resource & Development Manager to broaden donor opportunities in supporting HFH Indonesia programs
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from recognized university
- Minimum 3 years in marketing, donor relations or the related position
- Have vast knowledge of fund raising and grant preparation
- Excellent oral and written English language
- Familiar with marketing and donor relations
- Ability to work effectively and team work player
- Presentation and Negotiation skill and perseverance
- High level of integrity and honesty
- Having experience working in NGO is preferable
