fill the following position:
PROJECT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
1 position, based in Kupang
Code : PAA-KUPANG
ROLE PURPOSE:

The
Project Admin Assistant will be responsibility for the administration,
logistical and procurement of Kupang Sub Office activities and providing
support to the Project
Coordinator.
·
S/he
will ensure all procurement and logistic duties regarding Save the
Children procurement rules, such to fulfill, checking and determining
the procurement process from
the programs requirement, getting offer and bidding document until
received the materials needed.
·
S/he
will ensure the function and availability of office operational stuff in
related to the equipment used and material needed of Kupang Sub Office.
