Due to organizational grant project, Caritas PSE Foundation is looking for
a dynamic individual, group or Organisation to conduct Mid-Term
Evaluation Community
Treatment and Social Integration for People Who Use Drugs Living in
Vulnerable Context

Caritas PSE is Social Organisation under Archdiocese Medan which focus in
empowering the poor and marginal community in North Sumatera Indonesia.
With support from Caritas Germany (DCV), since since January 2014 until
December 2016 Caritas PSE develop social program called Community Treatment
and Social Integration for People Who Use Drugs Living in Vulnerable
Context in Medan North Sumatera Indonesia.

For almost one and half year implementation , we develop different type of
program and activities such as Drugs Treatment Centre (inpatient and
outpatient), Drop In Centre, awareness campaign, Human Resource
development, Harm Reduction and different type of training about drugs
related problem.

As strategy for program development, effectivity and sustainability, we
feel need conduct Mid-Term evaluation to look program very deeply to
improve knowledge and experience to gain more skill for providing service
to drugs addict and community member in professional manner.
