health, sanitation, and disaster relief programs in 17 CDPs (Community

Duty Station
Head Office - Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
Position Summary
Prepare
and execute HR administration activities of Gugah Nurani Indonesia,
which may include data entry, daily attendance management, database
management and other related activities
.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor monthly attendance, overtime and leave staff
- Ensure the relevant HR database and employee personal files is up to date and accurate.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Process employees requests and provide relevant information related to HR administration
- Supports human resources department
Qualifications
- S1/DIII; Preferably in Administration and Management
- Strong Administration Skills
- Able to work accurately, with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under the pressure and multitasking
- Well planned and organized
- Good skill in computer use ( Ms. Office
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, (preferably 6 months experience)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
