MAHKOTA - Quality Assurance and Implementation Leader

About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Implementation Leader (QAIL) for MAHKOTA. The QAIL will work closely with and support the Deputy Team Leader to ensure the effective design and implementation of MAHKOTA initiatives. This will include ensuring that technical inputs from the MAHKOTA team on gender equality, social inclusion, communications, management information system support and other technical and quality assurance support is integrated into the overall implementation program.

About the program
Cardno is the Managing Contractor of MAHKOTA - Menuju Masyarakat Indonesia Yang Kokoh Sejahtera (Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society), an Australian Government initiative which provides support to help Indonesia better reach and benefit the poorest and address key binding constraints to growth, competitiveness and rising inequality through ongoing labour market and social protection reforms. The Government of Indonesia is committed to accelerating the pace of poverty reduction and the President of Indonesia has declared that poverty reduction is among the highest development priorities of his administration. Working in partnership with the National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K) under the office of the Vice President of the Government of Indonesia, MAHKOTA provides targeted support to poverty reduction and social protection programs.
 
Remuneration 
This position will be remunerated in line with the Australian Government's Adviser Remuneration Framework, Long Term Adviser Monthly Rate Tables (http://dfat.gov.au/about-us/publications/Documents/adviser-remuneration-framework-2016.pdf) and will fall within the broadband Discipline Group B, Job Level 3 (Monthly Fee AUD10,412 up to AUD13,015 plus a mobility allowance and reimbursement of housing up to a set limit). The remuneration at which the Adviser is engaged will be based on the successful candidate's relevant experience.
 
The position is open to Indonesian and International applicants.
