POSITION TITLE: Administrative Associate
PROJECT: USAID BERSAMA - GBV Prevention Program in Eastern Indonesia
LOCATION: Jayapura, Papua, Indonesia
DEPARTMENT: Civil Society & Education
REPORTS TO: Finance and Administration (F&A) Manager


Position Summary:

The Administrative Associate is responsible for providing personal assistant support to the COP and administration functions to the USAID BERSAMA Project to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office. Under the supervision of the F&A Manager, the Administrative Associate ensures effective and efficient functioning of USAID BERSAMA office, full confidentiality in all aspects of assignment, maintenance of protocol procedures, management of information flow and follow up on deadlines and commitments made.

S/He provides backup IT support services to the USAID BERSAMA Office, provides daily technical support to users of information management tools and technology infrastructure. He/she also provides regular HR support services to the F&A Manager unit ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work.

S/He coordinates the operations related information flow and ensures timely distribution, attention and action on incoming mails. S/He also maintains follow-up action with other staff members on administrative matters. The Administrative Associate maintains a collaborative relationship with all operations staff.
