Plan International Indonesia need Consultant for Research and Knowledge Management Specialist


1.        Background 
Plan International is an independent child right and humanitarian organization committed to children living a life free of poverty, violence, and injustice. We have been building powerful partnerships for children for more than 75 years, and are now active in more than 70 countries. In Indonesia Plan International has been working since 1969 and currently works in 7 provinces and sponsors more than 40,000 children. Whilst opportunities are growing in Indonesia, Plan International Indonesia has just transformed into a local foundation namely Yayasan Plan International Indonesia. By becoming a local foundation, Yayasan Plan International Indonesia has now joined the membership of Plan Federation.

2.       Objectives of the Assignment
Plan International Indonesia is seeking services from an individual consultant to:
1.     Develop a list of knowledge products, such as training modules, manuals and guidelines, study and research reports. The list will contain information about the knowledge products, focusing on the context of its utilization, development process and the role they play in achieving intended results based on Plan International Indonesia’s objectives in its Country Strategies (CS3 and CS4).
2.     Identify and draft communication materials to complement the existing knowledge products for strategic dissemination to general or targeted audience (such as booklets, factsheet, etc).
3.     Develop dissemination strategy of communication materials and knowledge products based on identification of targeted audience;

 3. Deliverables
During the assignment, the consultant should submit the below reports and deliverables. All deliverables should be presented in electronic copies in Microsoft Word format in English.

All reports and deliverables will be approved by Plan International Indonesia Program Director, and the payment shall be made upon acceptance of the above deliverables.
