KNCV Indonesia is a newly established non-profit organisation that aims
to be a strong local and self-sustaining organization dedicated to the
fight against tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia. Yayasan KNCV Indonesia
promotes effective, efficient, innovative and sustainable tuberculosis
control strategies in Indonesia. We are an organization of passionate
TB professionals, including doctors, researchers, training experts, and
epidemiologists. We aim to stop the spread of the TB epidemic and to
prevent the further spread of drug-resistant TB.
Currently Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is looking for a:
Finance Assistant
for TB District PPM GF – Catalytic Funding Project
Duty Station : Jakarta
The
Finance Assistant for TB District PPM GF – Catalytic Funding Project
will work closely with the Finance Officer, to ensure proper supporting
finance documents and accurate calculation of the cash/ bank
transactions on behalf of the project.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Cash/ Bank
- To be responsible to manage project cash and bank transactions, prepare paper work including writing cheques, and ensure correct authorization level is attained.
- Cash Advance Management
- To be responsible for the approval within agreed limit and checking of cash advance return.
- To review of all outstanding float on a regular basis.
- Account
- To be responsible to enter the financial transactions into the system and ensuring it accurate and meet deadline and running trial balance.
- Financial Management
- To assist the Finance Officer to produce various management report.
- To assist the Finance Officer in monitoring and contact to the project partners on financial matters.
- Information System
- Responsible for financial documentation and filing system (paper and electronic).
- Budgeting
- To assist the Head of Finance and Admin and Finance Officer in the preparation of various budgets.
- Training
- To train the project staff on routine financial transactions and policies
- To assist the Head of Finance & Admin and Finance Officer in other financial training.
- General Support
- To act as the contact person for routine financial information, to and from, field office for head office.
- To be responsible for sharing routine finance information to other financial staff and project staff as agreed.
- To undertake other financial activities and responsibilities as per YKI and donor policy and procedures.
- To support and cover the work of other member with regards to administration, etc. as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Educational Qualification:
- D3 degree in Accounting or Public Administration
- Competencies:
- Minimum 2 year working experience in the same role
- Excellence communication and negotiation skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office

OFFICER – ADVOCACY,COMMUNICATION,SOCIAL- MOBILIZATION (ACSM)

KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation (KNCV)

Control. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation has been active in TB control for over
one hundred years both in the national and international context. As a
non-profit organization KNCV is active in over 40 countries in Europe, Africa,
Latin America and Asia. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is dependent on subsidies
from Government and other sources, as well as private contributions through
fundraising. The central office is located in The Hague, The Netherlands.
TB CARE I
The Tuberculosis Coalition for
Technical Assistance (TBCTA) carries out the USAID funded TB CARE I project..
The objective is to “Decrease morbidity and mortality by increasing case
detection and treatment success of pulmonary TB patients in USAID priority
countries”. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is the Prime Partner of TB CARE
I.
Responsibilities:
Technical
Officer (ACSM) will be required to provide technical assistance to National TB
Program (NTP) to ensure the implementation of ACSM activities are in line with
national strategy and achieve the target. To do so, the job holder will be
expected to work with his/her supervisor and NTP focal person in monitoring
implementation of ACSM activities as well as to assist NTP in ensuring good
coordination among related CSOs, NGOs and other stakeholders involved in TB
program.
Qualification:
•University
degree in one of disciplines relevant to the areas of Health
Promotion/Education, Social mobilization, and/or Advocacy and Communication
•Professional experience in above
mentioned areas for at least 3 years
•Preferably experience working in
international development organizations, research and facilitation activities,
writing and reporting
Competencies:
•Experience
in organizing mass media campaigns
•Analytical
skills and ability to identify appropriate solution for problems in the above
said areas
•Experience
in collaborating with government institutions
•Strong
in teamwork, communicating effectively to variety of audiences
•Writing
skills, preferably proven experience in writing articles in English
•Computer
skills required. Proficiency in standard office applications
