Castlerock
Consulting is currently cooperating with a global company providing
services in implementing international development program for an
upcoming Renewable Energy Programme in Indonesia, and is seeking
qualified long-term and short-term experts in the following areas:
Ø National and Provincial Energy Policy and Regulation
Ø Gender in Energy Access
Ø Public and Private Renewable Energy Finance and Transactions
Ø Engineers
with experiences Renewable Energy project design, and/or feasibility
studies, and/or managing and leading a Renewable Energy project
construction and implementation
Ø Communication and Outreach
Ø Rural Development
The
programme will support the Government of Indonesia to develop its
energy policy, regulatory framework and financial instruments to
incentivise and accelerate investment in renewables aligned with the
government's intention to expand affordable access. It will leverage
external funding to deliver renewable energy infrastructure in the
poorest communities; deliver poverty reduction and economic development
demonstration projects in those communities; and improve international
and domestic networking and collaboration to promote good practice and
innovation.
Requirements
Ø Excellent in English and Indonesian writing skills
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Master’s degree is preferred
Ø Expertise in the following areas (> 7 years ) is highly appreciated:
§ Remote off-grid renewable energy (RE) generation and rural electrification
§ Small-scale RE systems
§ International and national partnerships for RE generation
