The

The
GIZ Office Indonesia is seeking one qualified Indonesian candidate for the
following position:
Contract &
Procurement Assistant
(Temporary – 4 months
only)
Responsibilities
The
incumbent will perform the scope of the following tasks, but is not limited to:
- Overall smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the assigned area of responsibility
- Organization and co-ordination of all work mechanisms
- Daily operational execution of all affairs in the assigned area of responsibility
- Good impression of the Country Office through a helpful attitude towards the clients
- Well established communications to all frequently approached offices
- Support the Contract and Procurement Officer for contract up to Euro 8.000;
- Assist Contract and Procurement section for filing;
- Check the completeness of contract and procurement documents;
- Labeling the contract and procurement odner;
- Packing the documents to be sent to Head Office;
- Prepare the packing list document for document shipping to German;
- Upload contract documents to DMS;
- Support the tasks of contract and procurement section;
- Monthly project procurement report;
- Assist in and/or carry out other tasks as assigned.
Required qualifications, competences and experience
·
Diploma III in Administration/Secretarial,
Accounting, or any majors
·
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position or handling the
administration works
·
Knowledge
in SAP - CoSoft and ProSoft;
·
Good
working knowledge of computer programs (e.g. MSOffice, Excel);
·
Excellent
communication and administrative skills;
·
Abilities
to work in an international team;
·
Proficiency
in English both written and spoken.
