Working
in the Recovery Program team within the Finance function under the
direction of the Finance Manager and dotted line relation to Team
Leader. Finance and Admin Officer will assist in the processing and
recording of payment transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
He/She also will provide support in managing all of the program documents in Palu office level as structured in MCI Filing Tree. He/She will lead the management of all program-administrative matters in Palu Office for the field staff, guests and consultants including formal and informal letters, vehicle use, travel advances, arrangements, and accommodations, use of computers, internet and office space, timesheets and leave requests, supplies, etc.

Qualifications :
- Two or more years of bookkeeping, banking or cashiering experience;
- A degree in accounting or a relevant business field is desirable;
- Strong computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel;
- Accuracy in the processing of cash transactions, mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail;
- Excellent oral and written local and English skills.
