Re-advertisement: Logistics Officer with SurfAid (Base in Medan)

SurfAid International is a nonprofit organization working towards healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing.

We are urgently looking for candidates with solid experience, multi-tasking, resourceful and positive attitude for Logistics Officer (based in Medan). The initial contract is one year with possible extension.

Logistics Officer

Reports to Sr. Operations Manager and work with all managers in Logistics Operational activities and support from planning, procurement, asset management, safety & security to government liaisons and permits.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in any field

- More than 3 years’ experience in Logistics / Operations

- Preferably with experience in safety and  security or emergency preparedness

- Willing to travel to remote areas

- Local knowledge in Medan or other SurfAid areas is a plus
