HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
1. In coordination with Hiring Unit and other departments
coordinate the arrangement of on-boarding process for new employees including
coordinate equipment and credentials, and organize Induction Session and
Induction Kit.
2. Coordinate and keep in track employee scholarship program.
3. Organize employee events and announcement to create
positive working environment (including monthly gathering, Ied and Christmast
celebration, new employee announcement, etc..).
4. Coordinate end-to-end management of individual consultant
and/or individual service provider (starting from engaging, developing
contractual documents, until fee payment).
5. Act as management and focal point on end-to-end internship
and volunteer process (starting from engaging, developing contractual
documents, induction, intership payment, until exit process).
6. Coordinate and act as point of contact on the entitlement
and payment of employee business travel (starting from developing Assignment
Letter until verifying and coordinating the payment)
7. Develop and organize Human Capital official documents such
as certificates and letters.
8. Provide assistance to Human Capital team in managing HC
inventory, supply requests, consultant/vendor payment.
9. Manage and ensure the documentation of hardcopy and
electronic Human Capital files and tracking tools, as well as keeping them
updated and confidential.
10. Proactively provide inputs and advices for the development
and improvement of Human Capital’s services and develop Human Capital reports
relevant with this position.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR
Management, Law or other relevant social field.
2. Min. 2 year working experience in human resource
for the same level position. Having experience working in NGO or social
organization would be an advantage.
3.
Proven skills in HR
functions and experienced in compliance to HR management system.
4.
Demonstrated knowledge in Indonesian
Labor Law, BPJS, and tax regulation including their updates.
5.
Demonstrate systematic thinking, planning and troubleshooting skills with the capacity to
put concepts into workable actions.
6.
Strong customer service approach
with interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with cross functional teams
and leaders.
7.
Sounds analytical thinking, meticulous and good attention to
detail with high organization skills and ability to identify issues and risks.
8.
A team player who has the
ability to work independently or with minimum supervision.
9.
Able to do multi-tasking, prioritize work, perform under pressure, and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
10.. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
11.. Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
