Adolescent Development Program Coordinator Sponsorship 1 (one) position based in Sumba

Role Purpose

AD Coordinator Sponsorship will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of Adolescent Development activities in selected sponsorship target schools. S/he will be responsible for programmatic implementation and monitoring of all project activities, ensuring that all activities are synchronized with AD core program guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education and experience background

·     Bachelor University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

·     At least five years of work experience with non-government organizations in the areas of education or related field

·     At least five years of experience in managing programs with international NGOs.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Understanding of education and child protection
• Proven expertise in staff management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent project/programme management skills
• Proven skills in project/programme development and report writing
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
• Proven expertise in capacity building of teams
• Proven advocacy skills

Behavioral Competencies:

• Good team facilitator and member
• Willingness to stay in a remote location and travel at times in difficult conditions
• A commitment to the high quality of work and efficiency
• Low resistance to change
• Concern for detail
